Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. coconut extract
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 T. butter
- 1 tsp. coconut extract

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325°. Spray 2 loaf pans. Mix all ingredients for bread well. Bake for 1 hour or til tests done. For glaze, boil sugar, water & butter for 4 minutes. Remove from heat & add extract. Pour over bread while still hot.
