Ingredients
- 6 cups oats
- 3/4 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup olive oil (or less if desired)
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or 1/2 cup date pieces or date sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Combine Oats, pecans, almonds, coconut, flour and sunflower seeds.
Blend olive oil, water, salt, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla.
Pour olive oil mixture over dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread thinly over large cookie sheet, usually 2 cookie sheets.
Bake overnight.
