Potato, Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 head fresh broccoli, cut into florets
  • 6 large potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
  • 2 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2/4 C bread crumbs



Step 1

Preheat to 325F
Grease 3 qt casserole dish
Mix soup, cheese and mustard. Add potatoes and broccoli, stir until coated.
Spoon into casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.
Bake about 1 hour.
