  • 2.5 lb beef sirloin tip roast, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/2 C flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 4 C beef broth
  • 1/2 can chop tomatoes
  • 1 can green beans drained
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 C uncooked wide egg noodles


Preparation time 10mins


Step 1

Mix flour, salt and pepper in large plastic bag.
Add beef cubes and toss until well coated.
In skillet heat oil, add beef, saute until browned.
Place beef in crock pot.
Sprinkle soup mix over beef.
Wisk together broth, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce
Pour over beef.
Cook on low 8 hours.
Add noodles and cook for 30 more minutes.
