Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- Mushrooms
- Medium onion sliced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 lbs. pork tenderloins
- 1 tblsp butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tblsp butter
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp flour
Preparation
Step 1
Place celery through melted butter in cooker
Brown tenderloins in skillet - layer over vegetables
Salt and pepper
Combine broth and flour until smooth pour over tenderloins
Cook High 3 hrs. or Low 4-5 hrs
