Ingredients
- 200 g sweet cookies = 2 cups
- 100 g butter = 1/2 cup
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk = 1 1/4 cups, 14 oz can
- 125 ml lemon juice = 1/2 cup
- 400 g crushed pineapple = 2 cups
- 300 ml whipping cream = 1 1/4 cups
Preparation
Step 1
line springform pan. crush cookies and mix with butter. form crust.
mix condensed milk with lemon juice and drained crushed pineapple.
whip cream to stiff peaks. fold into pineapple.
fill springform pan with filling and chill until set
