Ingredients

  • 3 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 -lb bag of frozen hash browns
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Place broth, potatoes, salt and pepper in cooker

Cook on high 4 hrs.

Mash a little in cooker

Add milk - blend thoroughly

Cook on high until hot
