Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, separated
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. Sift together dry ingredients.
2. Process peanut butter, egg yolk, milk, vanilla and butter in blender. Add to dry ingredients.
