Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, cut into chunks
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (3-4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.
