  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • Cedar plank
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1/2 C plain yogurt
  • 1 large scallion, roots trimmed, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 4 lemon wedges
