Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 stick butter, room temperature
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 large tubs cool whip
  • 2 small packages instant lemon pudding
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and press first 3 ingredients into 9x13 baking dish.
Bake 20-30 mins. at 350 cool
Soften cream cheese & mix w/1tub cool whip, spread over baked crust. Mix pudding lemon juice & milk, fold in the 2nd tub of cool whip. Pour over & make 3rd layer. Sprinkle a few finely chopped nuts on top
Refrigerate
