*CHAMPAGNE (OR PROSECCO) WITH MELON JUICE

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender blend cut up cantaloupe with juice of two limes and pinch of salt. Then chill and when chilled mix 50% of the juice wiht 50% Champagne. Also drop in a few blueberries. I TRIED THIS ON 03/20/10 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD. MAKE SURE TO MIX MELON VERY WELL AND SMOOTH. ALSO 50/50 AND LITTLE TOO MUCH MELON.
