Chameleon Peach Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 cups goji-raspberry juice, V-8 V-Fusion®
• 1 1/2 cups sour mix
• 1 cup lemon-lime-flavored soda
• 1 cup peach vodka
• 1/2 cup peach schnapps

Preparation

Step 1

Pour juice into ice cube trays. Freeze until firm.
In a large pitcher, combine sour mix, soda, vodka, and schnapps. Serve in martini glasses. Place 1 frozen juice cube into each glass. Serve immediately.

Note: As the ice cube melts, this cocktail changes from yellow to a bright orange color.
