EGG FRITTATA

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp bacon
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 3/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet over medium-low heat. Saute onions and mushrooms. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, salt, ham and all but 1/2 cup cheese. Pour egg mixture in greased 2 quart casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350F for 30 minutes or until. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Continue to bake until cheese melts.
