Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Cup Bisquick
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbs. Fresh Parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Cup Fully Cooked Ham, diced
- 1 Cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
- 1 Small Onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk the first 8 ingredients until blended; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 3-4 quart slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low 3-4 hours or until eggs are set. Cut into wedges.
