Chicken casserole with rice

Ingredients

  • 2 6oz. pkg. uncle ben's lomg grain & wile rice
  • 2 cups minute rice
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans of water
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 15 chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together rices, soups, water and parsley & place in two lightly greased casseroles. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with dry soup. Seal with foil & bake.

Bake at 350* for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

(may add 2-8oz. mushrooms, drained)
