- 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
- 1/4 c. butter(melted)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- *Topping
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 c. butter

Step 1
thaw potatoes. spray 9x12 pan and combine everything in pan. bake for 45 min. at 350.
