Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put butter and water in a pan. Bring to a boil. Add flour and salt all at once and beat vigorously for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool a little. Put into food processor. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly each time. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, heaping up on top a little. Bake at 375F for about 35 minutes.
