SLOW COOK TURKEY BREAST

Ingredients
- 1 Turkey breast (6-7 lbs)
- 1 Cup apple cider (or juice)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 TB Paprika
- 1 TB poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 2 tsp. Kosher flake salt

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and dry turkey and place in cooker. Pour apple juice in bottom of cooker. Add bay leaves.
Combine spices and rub over the top of the turkey breast. Cover and cook on low until done (4-5 hrs).
I placed in dutch oven and covered.
Cooked in regular oven 400 degrees for 20 mins. Lower temp. to 325 degrees to finish, about 3-4 hours.
Spicy juices are a great low-fat gravy.
