Ingredients
- For a 9x13 pan:
- Blend:
- 3/4 C. Butter
- 1 1/4 C. Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- Add to Above:
- 2 1/4 C. Flour
- 2 1/4 C. Milk
- 1 1/2 C. Cornmeal
- 3 t. Baking Powder
- 3/4 t. Salt
- ---------------------------------
- Half the recipe for an 8x8 pan is:
- 6 T. Butter
- 2/3 C. Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/8 C. Milk
- 1 1/8 C. Flour
- 3/4 C. Cornmeal
- 1 1/2 t. Baking Powder
- 1/2 t. Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Put in a greased pan.
BAKE 375 for 30-40 minutes
Honey Butter: Whip 1/2 C. Butter & 1/2 C. Honey
