  • 3/4 C. Butter
  • 1 1/4 C. Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • Add to Above:
  • 2 1/4 C. Flour
  • 2 1/4 C. Milk
  • 1 1/2 C. Cornmeal
  • 3 t. Baking Powder
  • 3/4 t. Salt

  • Half the recipe for an 8x8 pan is:
  • 6 T. Butter
  • 2/3 C. Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/8 C. Milk
  • 1 1/8 C. Flour
  • 3/4 C. Cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 t. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put in a greased pan.

BAKE 375 for 30-40 minutes
