Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 6 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1/8 cup fresh basil, slivered
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 500.
2. Cover dough (from another recipe) with 1/2 of cheese, top with half of tomato. Repeat.
3. Bake 15 mins. Sprinkle with basil, s&p.
