Ingredients
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup Butter
- 25 Large Marshmallows, Cut Up
- 12 Ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
- 11 1/2 Ounces Milk chocolate chips
- 2 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 Cup Pecans (Optional), Chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In a large heavy pot, mix together sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter. Bring mixture to a boil and let mixture boil for (2) minutes. Turn off burner but leave the pot on the burner. Add cut-up marshmallows and stir until melted. Add each type of chocolate separately and stir after each one until melted. Add nuts last.
Pour into a buttered 12 x 16 x q pan or two (2) 9 x 13 pans.
Let fudge set before cutting.
