Ingredients

• 1-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
• 1 -5oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 8 oz carton cool whip
• 3/4 cup toasted coconut
• 1 pastry shell. Baked or graham cracker

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes
Fold in half of thawed cool whip and 1/2 cup coconut
Pour into crust and too with remaining cool whip and coconut
