CAVIAR TORTE

  • 8 egg cooked and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch 1 1/4 cup green onions, minced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar 3 1/2 ounce caviar

Preparation

Step 1

Oil 9 inch springform pan or pie plate combine eggs w/mayo salt and pepper. Spread over bottom of pan top w/onions. Combine cream cheese and sour cream in blender or mixer until smooth. Spread over onions cover. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Just before serving spread caviar over top
