Ingredients

  • 1 - 50 OUNCE CAMPBELL CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
  • 1 - 50 OUNCE CAN OF WATER
  • 2 + LBS RED POTATOES
  • 2 + LB RED ONIONS
  • 2 STALKS CELERY
  • 5 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 5 TBSP MINCED GARLIC
  • IF TO BE USED IMMEDIATELY ADD IN 1/2 CUP SWEET OR DRY SHERRY

Preparation

Step 1

IN A LARGE POT POUT IN CAN OF MUSHROOM SOUP ALONG WITH CAN OF WATER MIX THOROUGHLY AND PLACE OVER MEDIUM HEAT.

WASH, PEAL AND DICE POTATOES, ADD TO SOUP LET COOK TILL POTATOES ARE TENDER AND FIRM.

AS THE POTATOES COOK, WASH AND DICE ONIONS AND CELERY, IN ANOTHER LARGE POT ADD IN THE OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC, PLACE OVER MEDIUM HEAT, ONCE HOT ADD IN ONIONS AND CELERY .. SAUTÉ TILL TRANSLUCENT,,, THEN ADD TO MUSHROOM SOUP POTATO MIX WHEN THE POTATOES ARE READY.
