Ingredients
- 1 pound Turkey ground 1 pound Deer ground
- 1/2 cup or more Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp. Basil and 1 tbsp. Oregano
- 1 egg
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Put in large bowl, mix well; form into medium size balls.
PUT IN HOT PAN WITH OLIVE OIL. brown each end. and then
put in oven. AT 400* for 10-15 minutes.
