Ingredients
- 1 c plain fat free greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 t honey
- 3/4 c fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 t mini chocolate chips
- 1 t sweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
Step 1
1) combine yogurt, homey and vanilla
2) fold in raspberries and spread on 8" square baking pan lined with foil.
3) sprinkle with chips and coconut
4) freeze several hours or overnight
5) defrost for a few minutes then cut into 8 squares. then slice into triangles..
store in freezer
