Ingredients
- 2 acorn squash, cut in in half and seeded
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange squash, cut side down, in a shallow baking pan; Microwave on high 10-12 minutes or until tender.
Combine sugar and butter and pumpkin pie spices. Fill centers with mixture. Cover and microwave on high 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
