Quich Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 1 7 1/2 oz can flaked crabmeat - drained
  • 1 8 oz package Kraft natural Swiss Cheese - grated
  • 1/2 Cup mayonaise
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/3 Cup sliced green onion

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge cheese with flour, Mix rest of ingredients well and pour into 9" pastry lined pie pan.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min
