Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. self rising flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Step 1

In large bowl, beat potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, butter & salt.  Pour in lightly greased shallow baking dish.  Mix brown sugar, flour, butter & pecans.  Pour over potatoes.  Bake at 375° for 30-45 minutes.
