faux cookie dough

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. wheat germ
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/3 c. rolled, old fashion oats (not instant)
  • 1 Tbs. peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle the wheat germ on a small plate and set aside. In a cereal bowl, mash the banana with a fork, then add in the peanut butter and oats and cinnamon. Mix until well blended. Pick up a spoonful and roll into a ball with your hands, then roll the ball onto the plate of wheat germ until it coats all sides. Repeat until you've used all your "batter."
