FROZEN AMARETTO SOUFFLE

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 6 oz berry sugar
  • 2 oz amaretto liqueur
  • 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
  • almond slivers & shaved chocolate to make 3/4 cup combined

Preparation

Step 1

Whip eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy. Fold in amaretto, whipped cream and almost all slivers and chocolate. Place in 6 1/2"souffle dish with a 2 1/2"buttered foil collar or individual dishes. St in freezer for 6 hours. Garnish with remaining slivers and chocolate.
