Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Calvados Coquerel VSOP
- 3/4 oz. Nocino della Cristina Walnut liqueur
- 1/2 oz.R&W Orchard Pear
- 2 big dashes Fee Brothers Old Fashioned bitters
- Demerara sugar cube
- Spritz of Clove Essence
- Twist of Lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters.
Muddle until dissolved. Place 3 hand-cracked tray ice cubes, add
liquor and stir. Garnish with spritz of Clove Essence and lemon twist.
