Chocolate Chip Pie

This chocolaty, gooey dream of a pie is even better when you serve it warm, with a big dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top. We are talking some serious, fab pie here, my friends.

Ingredients

  • 1-9 in deep dish pie crust (unbaked!)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. {if your pie crust is frozen, let it defrost beforehand}
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add in sugar and flour. Then, add in butter. Beat until fully combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Let pie cool for 15-20 minutes before serving

Serves: 6-8
