French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • sliced bread (preferably cinnamon bread)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients together, except the bread. Dip bread in batter, letting it soak a few seconds. Place on a lightly greased griddle pan. When brown on one side, turn over and cook second side. Brush griddle each time with melted butter or other fat.
