Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 large red onion
  • cooking spray
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 medium tomatoes
  • radish roses

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate chicken in lemon juice, soy, garlic, pepper and basil for an hour. Spray cool grill with cooking spray, then heat. Grill chicken and red onion rings. Serve on top of fresh greens with cheese, tomatoes and radish roses.
