Ingredients
- 1 lb fettucine pasta
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon, grated & juiced separately
- 1 cup parsley leaves
- 1/3 cup granted parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachio nuts, lightly toasted
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp evoo
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta; drain.
While pasta is cooking, warm the cream & lemon peel over medium heat.
In food processor, puree parsley, cheese, nuts & garlic; mix in lemon juice; turn machine back on & blend in evoo. Place pesto in bowl; season w/salt & pepper; stir in hot cream mixture; add pasta & toss.
