Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 2 large Granny Smith apples, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Stir the soup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire and thyme in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Add the pork, apples and onion.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until the pork is cooked through.
