Ingredients
- HINT:
- 1 pkg stuffing mix for chicken
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 c frozen green beans
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of broccoli soup
- May substitute golden mushroom soup for cream of broccoli
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare stuffing mix.
Heat large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 to 7 minuteson each side or until done (165F). Remove chicken from skillet.
Add vegetables, soup and 1/2 c water to skillet; cover. Cook 6 minutes or until heated through, stirring often.
Return chicken to skillet; cook 1 minute or until hot.
Serve with stuffing.
