chicken marinade

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1/4 c vegetable oil
• 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp sweet basil
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken pieces
3 - 4 hours before grilling
The marinade is for 6 - 8 pieces.
I mix the ingredients in a plastic bag and marinade the chicken in the bag
