Ingredients
- 1 - 1 lb package of macaroni
- 1 1/2 lbs sharp chedder cheese or 2 10 oz pigs cut up small
- 4 tbso butter
- 4 tbso flour
- 4 cups of milk
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
cook macaroni according to directions
make a roux of butter, flour, seasonings and stir until thickened, add cheese cook until melted, mix with macaroni and put in greased casserole or crock pot bske for 45 minutes @ 375 or heat in crockpot on low for four to six hours. you can add buttered crumbs to casserole if baking
