Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 sugar
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup xxx sugar
  • 2 2 2 cups flour
  • Filling:
  • 4 4 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 6 6 T flour
  • 6 6 6 T lemon juice
  • to sugar to sprinkle on top
  • can can use gluten free flour and earth balance or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Bake crust at 350* for 15 minutes. 9 x 13 pan.

Pour filling over crust and bake for 25 more minutes. Don't let it brown.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
