Browned Garlic-and-Burgundy Marinade

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup dry red wine
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon

Step 1

Heat oil in a small nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic; sauté 5 minutes or until brown. Remove from heat; stir in wine, soy sauce, and tarragon.
