Ingredients

    Tbs. butter

  • 1

    egg

  • ½

    c. milk

  • 1

    c. flour

  • ½

    c. sugar

  • 3

    tsp. baking powder

  • ½

    tsp. salt

  • TOPPING

  • 2

    Tbs. sugar ½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 8x8 pan. Melt butter, cool slightly and mix with egg and milk. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour mixture of egg and milk into dry ingredients and stir just long enough to smooth out lumps. Pour into pan. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of cake. Bake 12-15 min.
