- 1 - 6 lb. brisket flat, trimmed
- Traeger Beef Rub

THIS TURNED OUT THE BEST EVER: Took off after 11 hours @ 206 degrees.
Place brisket fat side up. Smoke for 4 hours
Increase heat to 225 degrees. Wrap brisket in foil and continue to cook until temperature reaches 200-205 degrees.
Let brisket rest in the foil for 30 minutes before slicing.
