Ingredients
- 15 C. chicken broth
- 5 lb. shredded chicken
- 3 lg. onions, diced
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 150 oz. great northern beans
- 40 oz. diced green chilis
- 75 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
- 5 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 5 tsp. cumin
- 3 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 C. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 20 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 1/4 C. half & half
Preparation
Step 1
Combine broth, chicken, onion, garlic, green chilis, cilantro, beans, corn and seasonings to large pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add cream cheese and half & half, cook and stir until cheese is melted and slightly thickened.
