Crock Pot Rubens

• 2 lb corned beef, sliced thin
• 1 lb Swiss cheese
• 1 jar sauerkraut, drained well
• 1 lg bottle 1000 island dressing
• Extra dressing and Swiss cheese I'd wanted

Preparation

Step 1

Break up corned beef and Swiss cheese and place in the crock pot. Add sauerkraut and dressing and mix well. Cook on med until hot, place on rye bread,add extra Swiss cheese or dressingid desired.
