- 1 espresso shot (1.5 ounces)
- 2 ounces chilled vodka
- Few ice cubes
Combine 1 ounce chopped bittersweet chocolate and 1 tsp sugar in a cocktail shaker. Pour hot espresso shot (1.5 ounces) over chocolate mixture; stir until smooth. Add 2 ounces chilled vodka and a few ice cubes. Shake several times, then strain into a chilled martini glass.
