Ingredients
- Makes 6 dozen
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, sugar and oil - blend well.
Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix until just, but well, combined.
Drop approximately 1 tablespoon of batter onto baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes, or until set and slightly browned on the edges.
Cool healthy cookies on a rack.
