Sauce: A & W Coney Sauce (Hot Dog Chili)

Ingredients

• A & W Coney sauce (Hot Dog Chili)
• 5 pounds hamburger
• 2 regular onions, finely chopped
• 2 (6 oz) cans Hunt's tomato paste
• 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans condensed tomato soup
• 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
• 3 tablespoons chili powder
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 1/2 tablespoon celery seed
• 3 tablespoons onion salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 1/2 cups water
